Had TWC for 10 years. I switched to Fios and am very please with the Fios service. The jerks at TWC disrespected my wife among many other issues but the final straw was I called to ask how I can reset my remote. Spoke to a supervisor. Had all my information". Asked me to repeat it to him/. Walked me through it?. Got cut off as he was helping me,. He didnt call back and HE HAD MY INFORMATION!!!! Fios is clearer;. HD quality on my non-HD televisions:. To the Jerks at TWC, Kiss my rosey red A$$:. Dont believe the TWC commercials where they say the speed of the service is better;. It is BS! 1287153
