Let's be honest these guys are really just crooks. The contractors are so scared of getting bad marks they practically beg you not to call if anything goes wrong or they won't get any more jobs. Then TWC adds in hidden fees which is against the law. I already had the internet and they kept sending me the universal packages with no fees to go to a full service. Right. Just as I did, of course they added two hookup charges that totaled $100. I spent an hour on the phone to get them removed. They really do owe us $ for our time spent on the phone with them. I want them regulated better since we don't have many TV options. 1287285
