I switched to TWC when i moved. I have had the service now for 4 months. When the tech came out (the first tech to install the equipment) they did not properly install the digital box and had to send some one else out 2 weeks later to re-install. Of course i was charged for the 2 weeks i did not have service. So through the months i noticed my bills were getting higher and higher. I sat down and really looked at my bill and realized they had put over 100 dollars worth of charges to my account for movies i "supposedly had rented". I was and am outraged. I called and of course the woman i spoke with says there is nothing they can do. WHAT, nothing they can do, they are the ones who put the
fraudulent charges on my account to begin with. The funny thing is the movies they said i rented i rented from a local video store. I never have rented movies from
cable companies". So i went to the video store and asked for a print off for my account and told them why/. Not to my shock the manager said he had TWC and he was charged for two movies he did not rent, he tried to resolve the issue with no luck, so he dropped TWC and went to Direct TV?. I took the print off to them to prove i had already watched these movies prior and had no need to rent them from TWC,. Oh and one of the charges is 54 dollars for a some kind of fight not sure if it was boxing or ufc|. No offense but i don't like either, i am a 30 year old female, just not my thing'. When i stop by the office one of the workers had the
audacity to try and blame my 4 year old for it, who does not even have a digital box or remote in her room.. Three of the charges were on days i worked with no one home/. Explain that TWC!!!!!! I guess i will have a ghost next who ordered them right!!!!! 12872c7
