I got home at 2pm and can''t watch channel 53ers and they say I have to wait 24hr before a credit. I don;t want a credit. This forces me to get pay per view. My bills is over 250.00 a month because I'm a customer over 2year and I have the 40'99 internet where I can use the componet at home, car or elsewhere. My bill is 165.00 plus 49.99 dollars because it's over 2 year and I have friend who have time warner and cancelled and they're back on the package of 3 which they pay 99.00 dolloar. Perhaps everyne should cancelled and get original package. The staff don't know what they're saying. All they say is call in 24hrs after 2 call that took 1/2 hr each. I'm going to better business b ureau because I can't get a straight answer. It's common sense. Cancelled your service for a couple of days and they will renew you like a new customer and that will lower your bill 50%. I'm going to either dish or another provider. I'm here writing and my TV is blank. Not worth the 2 bucks they will give me after spending so much time calling them. If they don't resolve this is a good man ner I want them to renew my contract as a new customer or I would like everyone to cancelled and move on. These people at time warner are abusive because in certain areas we can only have their services. Someone is going to make it right. Why give new people an 89.99 for all and now after 1 year I have to pay 145.00. Wake up and please let them hear your voice. I just called again to complaint and was told I have to call again tomorrow after 24 hrs. Not acceptable. They want to send notice when you don't pay on time but when we don't get service for what we pay for they want to send letters of collection or discontinuing service. Why can we tell them them we;re discontinue service if they don't meet our contract which we pay every month. They can't stop if we don't pay but when they don't provide we can't do or say anything. This is ridiculous especially with the people who answers the phone and don't know what they're talking about. It's like they have a script on how to answer and maybe make 2 bucks an hour. I beleive this time warner owe alot of us especially those that don't have time to call an d complaint cause you're too busy working. If someone doesn 't resolv e my issue b y end of day because it's not the first, I will send so many emails to customers that I know or an yone that would listen. Someone need to communicate with me. I run a company for over 13 years and I would never tolerate such behavior or not handle their responsibilties. I know as a manger I would be either get employees that can handle our issues instead of reading a script". I will email each and everyday until I get resusults/.
