since October we have received 3 junk Dvr at$148 a month I expect them better. 2 we returned to findlay ohio then we called tired of wasting gas to get junk eves a technician came to the house in January. and said the lines were fine and gave us a supposedly new Dvr which was the worst one yet, not only that our upstairs movie channels somehow were erased and the dvr in our basement where I exercise was no longer working I called again last night Michell's was fine but her boss was a *** when I asked for a discount. after having problems since October you abound not pay full when you do not get good product time warner cablevision sucks 1287575
