Written by kim on November 4, 2011 from los angeles, california, US I downgraded my service with time warner however they keep ended up double charging me for service i had canceled and adding in service i did not ask for. I have contacted them several times to try to get this straight. Every single time it gets worse. Its like they promise to fix things and purposely do nothing. Is there a class lawsuit against them? I'd like to join. These big conglomerate companies are so annoying. They think they can get away with anything they want. Wake up everyone. If we don't stand together against these companies they are going to screw everyone over. |
