I live in NW Ohio, timewarner wants an outrageous price for wideband internt service. I have been a timewarner subscriber for over 4 years, I have the bundled package and still they want over $35.00 more a month for wideband internet service. It seems to me that with the amount of customers they have they could offer better deals for long time customers. I have seriously considered getting dish network for my consumer needs at this point. Dish network offers better deals and is faster. Timewarner has customers throughout the USA and could offer the consumer a better deal if they weren't so greedy 12875b7

Seeing as Time warner reps truly believe they are untouchable and that an executive will never darken their doorstep or for that matter touch base on an account. I welcome you to contact the CEO Mr. Jefrey L. Bewkes/ Office Line

I downgraded my service with time warner however they keep ended up double charging me for service i had canceled and adding in service i did not ask for. I have contacted them several times to try to get this straight. Every single time it gets worse. Its like they promise to fix things and purposely do nothing. Is there a class lawsuit against them? I'd like to join. These big conglomerate companies are so annoying. They think they can get away with anything they want. Wake up everyone. If we don't stand together against these companies they are going to screw everyone over.
