1/11/2012 7 pm When I got the last statement I found out that Time Warner Cable is charging a 32% from the last statement of what I paid last month After talking with the operator I ask to cancel the service after waiting 35 minutes on hold they interrupted the call Who is responsible? Who is allowing this?
