TWC is completely incompetent, inefficient and incapable of handling any problem that goes beyond switching service off or on. I was on the phone for over an hour, setting up service for internet, cable and phone, and was told that I would get a particular promotion (triple 99), which was the only reason I signed up for all three services. When I received the bill, there was no promotion added. When I called to resolve the situation, it was an absolute nightmare. No one was able to help me. Billing sent me to retention, retention sent me to sales, sales sent me to customer care, customer care sent me back to retention. This process took 1 hr and 45 mins and nothing was resolved. They are not honoring the initial promotion they told me they would and why the *** can't I find one competent person to help me with this situation? I'm to the point of tears over something so *** and over dealing with the most incompetent company in the nation. 1287698
