I used to work for Time Warner, they let me go for giving my phone number to a customer, her husband passed away and she couldn't find someone to get the pictures she had of him off her computer that was infected with a virus, i couldn't do it while at work, thats why i gaver her my number, i told her i would help her when i was off work. anyways, they said it was breaking company policy and fired me for it. Anyways, were hurting finacialy now, i had to downgrade my cable to just internet, my wife tried to call time warner to make a
payment arrangement with them so they wouldn't shut us off. The woman was VERY VERY rud with my wife and would not work with her, and said, if you can't pay your full past bill, we'll shut you off, When we downgraded, they told us they would break it up into payments, now they changed there story, We can't afford to pay 400, up front, and the new Road Runner bill, my wife told her that, and she was threating to shut us off, and told my wife she can't
black mail Time warner, my wife was just saying she couldn't afford all that up front and was just asking if they could break it up into payment arrangements. She was yelling at my wife, and just very very rude. I see time warner lossing alot of custamers the way there treating them. 12876df
