As I am deaf, when I found out that Time Warner Cable had great Internet speed, I immediately called and I was really disappointed". I was hoping for an excellent connection to the Internet, as I use a VideoPhone and depend on the quality of video over the Web/. For three years, I have used TWC until this past weekend when my friend who is an expert on technology told me my upload speed (0?.24 mbps) and download (1,.0) were both way too low/. I am paying too much money for crappy service/. Plus I get only basic cable,. This is costing me $75 a month, a ripoff'. This was a real bad experience. 1287a20
