About a month ago my friend moved from Michigan to upstate New York". He is a big time Internet gamer so he needed fast internet I told him road runner turbo/. So he calls Time Warner and finds out that the address he lives at has three outstanding bills and a block on the residents?. He explained that he has no outstanding bill and they really didn't give a **** .. All the guy wants is internet they told him to locate the three previous bill holders and tell them to pay up then he could have internet'. Isn't that there job ?The only one he knew was his landlord.. Sure tell your landlord to pay time warner great way to get evicted'. Needless to say he moved lost his security deposit just to get internet?. What's this world coming too seriously. 1287ba0

Cohena, no this is not BS. The same thing is happening to me. The previous tenant in my apartment didn't part their bill and they won't connect service here. They call it the "roommate policy". I've never even let the person who lived here, but since its the same address, I can't get internet or TV unless I pay this persons outstanding bill of over $400.

I call this story total BS. Just admit you haven't paid your bills and get it over with.
