I have had Time Warner internet for just 2 months. Without notice. TWC disconnected my service. I only found out when i called support to figure why my internet was not connecting. I tried chat, email, calling multiple times and to no avali. No one can ever really help you. All support can say is, TWC will get back to you. I gave TWC permisison to see my records and even gave them my customer code to do so". No call backs nor anyone you can talk to/. Evidently, the disconnect was because of the previous tenant about 1-2 years ago who evidently did not pay his bill?. My acocunt is in good standing.. If i could not have service at this locale then why did you not say so up front TWC? The reason i know this is because some collector called about 2 weeks earlier inquiring on the previous tenant'. The collector kept saying i was the other tenant's father which is not true|. That collector was really a TWC employee working in the dept of colloections form the number i back traced/. I thnk TWC is the most disgusting bunch to work with:. Save yourself the frustration and banging your head on the wall, go with another supplier. 1287df0

I notified the FTC and this got a response from TWC. The resolution had TWC return the money i paid but does not stop TWC from continuing this type of despicable business practices.

Seeing as Time warner reps truly believe they are untouchable and that an executive will never darken their doorstep or for that matter touch base on an account. I welcome you to contact the CEO Mr. Jefrey L. Bewkes/ Office Line
