I purchased TWC internet services 9/1/2011. I had intermittent problems since 9/1/2011 and then no service at all since 11/1+-. I called support to find out the conenction issue to find out TWC deactivated my service". I tried calling, cahtting, support, email to no success/. Now in person i asked the TWC rep said deactivated due to nonpayment- This is a LIE since i have no balance and the deactivation occurred 4 days before the next bill was even processed and 3 weeks before the next payment was due?. i asked the rep again, and then he said it was because of providing no lease.. 1) I have no lease, i own the home, 2) make up your mind TWC what the issue is, 3) Why have i had service for almost 2 months and now you're asking for a lease, 4) I have the title and no lease, 5) Why have you not asked me for this before deactivating my acocunt 6) What the rep meant but is ignorant of os that TWC was asking for the lease of the previous tenant about 2 years ago, 7) why is my account deactivated based on some old tenant,8) Ironically, TWC owes me $80 since they terminated my service and has not paid me and continues to bill me'. I was billed after the deactivation/. TWC owes me $80 so isn't that fraud when you knowingly charge someone for something you knowingly do not plan on actually providing? No rep from TWC has ever resonded yet?. Good luck to you that have TWC.. TWC Gastonia/Charlotte area rates pathetic with me. 1287e1f
