I have family that lives internationally, and I call them often.

Every other month or so, though my bills are always paid on time, in full, Time Warner switches off my international service. They claim that it's due to a high volume in international calls, and that they must confirm that I am aware of the calls or my service will be terminated. I am forced to speak to an imbecile who can't seem to squeeze out a grammatically correct sentence for an hour before they switch my service back on.

One would think that other options would be available, but unfortunately they have the monopoly in my neighborhood. It's worth relocating! Absolutely TERRIBLE service. 1287f0c
