Time Warner sent me a letter telling me they were raising my rates, and not increasing my download speed at all. What a ripoff.

They think they can squeeze $$ out of their customers who have been with them for years because their service sucks, goes out constantly, and they're losing customers left and right to AT&T U-Verse, Verizon Fios, Direct TV, etc. I'm calling the retention department to give them a last chance to save my business.

Their customer service on my last call bashed AT&T, Verizon and Netflix. Complete and Total lack of professionalism. 1287f87

My rates go up every month. I called and the cable boxes have increased this month now by $1.00. The retention dept rep, bashed, Direct TV, Dish Network and At&T, I agree so unprofessional. I am sick and tired of these monthly increases. Mine went from $99.00 to $109. now up to $138.83. Then the rep asked me to rate him a 10 on a call back survey. They have a bundle like mine for $89.00, but that is for new customers, old customers, like me, over 6 years now don't deserve anthing except rate increases. I am getting rid of them.

I agree with you the same thing happen to me. In fact, I called 2 months before my contract / promo ended and the agent told me my price would remain the same.
