I was quoted a package and given a price and when I went to install,the price changed. I had gotten the transcript of the conversation, so I have it in writing what was promised but Time Warner is not willing to honor the quote. They then try to negotiate and increase the month charge to pay for what they claim they are giving me--I have asked them repeatedly to honor their quotes and all they seem to want to do is to send my complaint up the flagpoll and make it someone else's problem.
