Service is v.bad I just add treble blay to my house & they gave me old used equipment base some recorded stuff & don't work the way should be and when I complain to customer service thy said that is what we have we don't have new DVR or receiver all what we have is old or refurbish . . . .
How come athor Co. Like Dish network or DDS or Verizon they work hard to make the customer Happy !!!
Looks like I will go to one of this Co. And I' sorry I did the change from Dish network & Verizon . . .
