Time Warner Cable in El Paso, Texas - Outrageous charges&no credit when service is deficiant

It urks me by no means when i physically drive down to our local time warner office and they want to charge me two additional dollars to process my payment after they are already charging me .99 for having a paper copy of my billing mailed to my home,this is already 2.99 extra plus gas just to do business with these guys yet i was told if i dropped off my payment in their night drop box outside their door i would not be charged the two dollars .Hey time warner where is the customer service and contact all you want is my money! this is very sad! but there was a time when your system was not working correctly for about a week and i didnt demand a credit for that week.Very VERY $AD

Time Warner Cable in Cincinnati, Ohio - Incredibly Poor Cable TV Support

Time Warner cable has been providing incredibly poor support for cable cards since they came out. Channels that are taken away, channels that are supposed to be there suddenly drop out and service that can go away at the drop of a hat. All they want to do is send out some untrained repair person who if they show up (missed calls are common) cannot do anything at all to fix the problem. The problem always turns out to be in the head end plant and Time Warner has nobody with any experience in cable cards on duty...EVER. They would rather sell you a cable box so they can sell you premium offerings boosting an already outrageous cable bill.

Time Warner Cable in Corpus Christi, Texas - Bad service

My Cable is not working prorperly. Appointment was scheduled for 10/29/09. I stayed home all day on that day and the Technician never arrived. I received a call at about 7 pm that evening wanting me to reschedual. The person told me that they called and could not reach me. That is a flat out lie. I was home all day. I finally did reschedual for Sunday 11/01/09. Which means I will have had no tv in my living room for 5 days. This in my opinion is very poor service. I have had Time Warner for many years and am now considering ghanging cable companys because of this. Janice Sautter

Time Warner Cable in Cleveland, Ohio - LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had cable and internet service through Time Warner and was advised that I should add the digital phone service to "bundle". I took time off work for them to come out to install the digital phone service. They arrived promptly and spent less than 5 minutes. Upon leaving they advised I was "All set up" I asked about my security system due to the phone connection. The service guy said "Your all set". After they left I immediately went on the internet --- IT DIDN'T WORK. I took over an hour for the "HELP" desk to get the internet back up and running. I then tested the alarm system (6 pm)... IT DIDN'T WORK. I called the "HELP" desk. I requested they send a tech back out to handle. I was advised they would be here before 8 pm. It is now 8:30 - NO TECH. I just called the "HELP" desk and asked of status. They "don't know when the tech will be here" ... it may not be tonight. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was advised by the HELP desk that the supervisor JONATHAN said he WOULD NOT TAKE THE CALL! UNBELIEVABLE. THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE.

associated tax relief took my money and did not do anything to help with my tax situation. they stopped taking my calls, and the so-call lawyer Mr. Chung would not even return my calls, and he never called the IRS to litigates my tax situation, nor would they talk with the IRS representative that were handling my case. Associated tax handed my case over to a telephone receptionist, and she said that her hands were tied, they would not allow her to do anything. they would not refund any of my money that had paid, nor return my documents. associated tax relief, are certainly no relief. they are nothing but rip-off artists. they cannot be trusted at all. Check them out with the BBB. The Associated Tax firm are cheats. Trust me you can't trust them.
