was offered a 300.00 gift card for upgrade in service.5 months later .......
NOTHING !!!! what a joke of a company!!!!!!!!!!!! Dont waste your time with this company if you can help it. After today, its been 6 phone calls to customer service to get this resolved and STILLLLLLL no one can tell me where the card that i am due is or when it will be mailed to me.
WOWWWWWW .....is this the way this company does buissness???
im so SHOCKED this company is still around.Maybe they feel we are their prisoners and MUST have them to watch tv and talk on the phone.
