When calling to complain about the ridiculous increase in cost, after trying to get a person for 5 minutes instead of a menu, the persons finally reached were no better than a menu - sounded like they could only repeat scripted message, not really listening or caring that as soon as a competitor arrives in town in the next few months, this customer will leave Time Warner asap. They don't seem to care that they will be losing many customers - I've never heard anyone say a good word about their level of service, so assume many will do the same as I.

Time Warner Cable needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
