They only have 1job to install cable & internet. How can they not get it right. I think they should credit you every day its not working. Give you a free month for not installing correctly the first time and making sure everything works before installer leaves.

I signed up as a new customer for the bundled package on 4-3-17 early morning was told i would be connected by 7 pm that day, this is 4-5-17 and still waiting. After 6 phone calls and another trip to the local office in Zanesville where i signed up and got my equipment all i have got is a run around and empty promises. This new Spectrum is a joke!!!!

I made an appt last week for TWC to come out this morning at 10:00 to fix a problem that is on their end. I received 4 texts and phone calls over the weekend confirming they are coming....to the point it was annoying. At 9:30 I got a text saying my tech was in route then suddenly I got another phone call saying they don't have anyone in my part of town (near 635 and Hillcrest...really?) so they are rescheduling for 1:00 today. 2:00 rolls around and no tech. I call them. They said oh we changed it to Tomorrow. No one even told me! I said you need to send someone out today and the cust rep person just transfers me to a different person without telling me and I have to start all over. I hate this company with a passion.

TWC (now Spectrum) has not really improved much over the years, but the price sure has gone up. I haven't changed anything significant regarding viewing habits and internet usage, but my monthly bill has skyrocketed.

What used to be $120/month is now $195/month. They really need to give the option to get rid of stuff we don't watch (how many sports channels do you think we need??). I would move to a dish but they are horrible and the price difference isn't really significant.

$195 for watching 10 channels and having internet. It's worth about $75 to me.

I've had Time Warner for years but my bill was $160 for cable and internet. I went to the local store and they reduce my bill by $60! Then after a year it went back up to $130. All the up and down with pricing and no changes in services. I'm tired of the price game. Canceling services.

Customer for nearly 30 years. They shut me off as I asked for a FIVE DAY extension which was denied. They are now holding my phone number (which I brought with me to them) captive. They have denied portage unless I pay past due, reconnect and current bill (for service I do not have?). For the entire almost 30 years, their service was unreliable, weak and many outages. I would not use them, time Warner, spectrum or any other name they call themselves even if service was free. I hope they die a slow, painful death.

I have been a loyal TWC customer since 2003 and every since they merged or got ready to merge with Spectrum my monthly internet (only) bill went from $65.00 to $92.00 and no one can explain to me how that happened. when I call in to Spectrum they tell me that they don't see where I have made any payments for $91.+ dollars but they can tell me what I started out paying in 2003. ??? I talked to a customer service rep and a billing rep and neither couldn't tell me anything about why my bill would jump up an additional $26.09 a month. After being on the phone with the billing rep for more than 10 minutes he told me that my bill was $59.99 plus tax which makes sense because I was paying $65.00 up until a few months ago. So how is it that my internet bill is $91.+ dollars??_ They couldn't ever explain to me why. I asked him for a rundown of my bill plus any taxes or additional fees and he wasn't even able to tell me. They can't explain how I owe a bill but they know that I owe a bill. They could see in their system and tell me that I have been a TWC customer since 2003 but can't explain to me my billing in the current year 2017. It just doesn't make sense. They cut off my service and it will stay off until they correct my bill. Spectrum throwing everything on TWC like they don't have any responsibilities but if that is the case then once Speectrum took over all of our bills with them should have started at $0.

Or even better..... demand a refund!

Never, ever, ever, ever in my life did I think I would ever be singing the praises of Time Warner Cable over any other company, but FOR GODS SAKE SPECTRUM HOW DID YOU MANAGE TO MESS UP TIME WARNER CABLE EVEN FURTHER!!!!!!!!! The 3 month period of outages I had to endure last summer while you "upgraded our internet speeds" was bad enough (thank you TWC for the measly but now-appreciated-in-hindsight $30 credit I received for that). However, I have been a TWC customer for 5 years. Any time I was late on a bill, I was always able to make a payment arrangement to avoid service interruption. And now you've taken away the ability for your customer service reps on chat and on phone to do payment arrangements???!!!! Literally, none of the 9 people I've spoken to over the past couple of days have been able to do anything for me. They tell me "the computer won't let us do that." "No one can override the computer." "Your cut off date is the 29th, but your service could be lost prior to that because the computer does it and we can't override it." WHAT!!!! It is absolutely ridiculous that there is not a single human being in your entire organization that can help me with a payment arrangement, a credit, a pushback on my service cut off date, ANYTHING to help a customer who was with the company you recently purchased for 5 years. Comcast sucks. TWC sucks. But SPECTRUM sucks more. I hope you go bankrupt, you idiots. I'm switching to Centurylink on Monday when they have my service activated.

Spectrum....even MORE of the same *** we'v come to expect from TWC

What a surprise, the "non-contract base rate" of $35/mo for what is now the the slowest internet offered by TWC, now just jumped to $45. Yep that's right, slower speeds, more money. OH, and now that they've been consumed by Speculum Communications, the rape continues...Spectrum's BASE ENTRY LEVEL SERVICE (while it IS 60mps) is $67!!!!! Yep that's right, accept your 30% jump in rates for LESS service, or take the faster internet for DOUBLE! WHEN is someone going to jump in and put a leash on these utility companies who are price gouging us for what is essentially these days a basic necessity. They had over $28B in revenue last year, and overshot ALL earnings expectations. And we get a 30% price increase. I would LOVE to purchase stock in Spectrum/TWC but alas, I can't afford it with my new cable bill, and my internet is too slow to support my stock trading software anyways. Did I mention they have a monopoly in this region? I never thought I could hate a company more than Time Warner Cable....congratulations Spectrum, you've now exceeded MY expectations too!

This is a classic bait and switch! And big companies like TWC (or Spectrum) always get away with it!!

It sucks to hear you are getting charged more and getting a worse service. We are also tired of how the monopolies keep overcharging everyone. Called to inquire to if internet ONLY was available at the address to where I'll be moving. I explained in the beginning, I was calling for future reference and would not be moving until May. I also explained that I was under contract still with a satellite provider and would not need cable yet, only Internet. After first trying to talk me into a bundle deal and basically telling me to just abandon my satellite contract, the customer service rep, then acted as if he was totally shocked that I wouldn't be needing service for almost two months, eventhough I had already told him that. He said it was "rather odd" in a pissy tone, that I was calling to inquire about service now. He was extremely rude when he didnt make a sale. I could get internet service through Time Warner for about half the price as I pay now, but I may rethink that decision. Their customer service, or the service I received today, anyway sucks.

I tried calling and was on hold for 40mins. So i drove 45 miles to the Bangor Maine the office. To pay my bill which is so *** difficult to read cuz even if u pay them up to date they are still wanting more...a month ahead ***... the man i talked to Jimmy or Jamie or james i cant remember. Anyways he was VERY RUDE!!! i wish i could find a different internet company i would change in a heart beat!!!
