Internet continuously goes out. I have contacted TwC 4 times since Christmas. A technician came at the second device call & laid a new temporary cable. When I called today, the rep put me on hold & never came back to the phone. I was inquiring about internet going out yet again & when someone would be out to lay the new permanent line.

Signed up with TWC on a Thrusday and they said they would be out Friday to turn us on at the road side. They never did. Called them Saturday morning said they would be out by 7 pm that night. Sunday morning still nothing. Made an appointment to have them come out on Tuesday at 3pm-4 pm. They come at 12 am when I'm not home! Wtf
