I wanted to watch the Olympics at work. Tried to log into my account but I forgot my password.

Tried to reset it. Failed. Called Time Warner and unless I had a special 4 digit code from my bill (how could I get that if I can't log into my account?) or they could call my home phone number (I have a home phone number through Time Warner but no phone as I only use my cell). How can you call my home phone number when I don't even have a phone hooked up?

Can you call the number on my account (my cell). No, only the home phone number. So, tell me how I can reset my password when I can't log into my account and I can't get a call to my home phone number. Why is it so difficult?

We can mail a code to you and you will receive it in 7 to 10 business days. How does that help me especially when I've asked for that before and it was never sent?
