Called twc on Sunday 1/29/17 regarding payment arrangements, the csr either lied or did not know how to read a screen. Told us we had no prior arrangement, so we set one up.

The next day 2 payments of $231 & $236 came out of my account, causing an over draft. When I called and asked for a refund of 1 payment,( because we are on social security and disability) I was told 5-7 business days, then 3-5 days to expedite it. After 6 business days I called and asked about my refund, and was told that it was "processed" and I would receive the money on the 15th of February, this is the 9th, I complained on the 1st.

So you get to keep my money for 15 days, because of YOUR mistake. Sounds like a TRUMP business plan.
