I disconnected services after paying a bill in full. I turned in the equipment prior to the end of that same month.

I then received a final bill which I tried to contact and no one could answer my questions. I then called a final time and was informed that my balance was zero. The following week I receive a letter from a collections agency regarding the bill. No one can fully explain my final bill of $47 when my services are only $30/month.

They just kept saying it was pro-rated and could not give me a billing cycle.

This is poor customer service and an awful thing to do to a great customer. I really didnt have the time or energy to dispute a claim so I unfortunately I just paid the $47.
