I switched over to Spectrum today. I wasn't surprised to find out that although it was well-known that Spectrum bought Time Warner Cable, they didn't tell me that I had to affirmatively call a 1-800 number to actually switch my internet service under Spectrum...and that I was still being billed for the old Time Warner Cable service plan...and that the available Spectrum plan gives me better internet speed for less money.
At least I get to wave the finger at TWC for the lies and the rude customer service they gave me. Other than some car dealerships I've dealt with, TWC consistently had the worst customer service of any company I've done business with.
