Months ago, after spending a long time on the phone and getting transferred several times with Time Warner Cable to ask them to stop sending me sales mailings, I get an average of Two or three a month still.I was assured our name was removed from their data base but I have a stack of at least 15 mailings from them since being told I was removed from their data base.

I find them rude and would never subscribe because of this experience.

I do not know what else to do to get them to stop sending me their junk mail.It is a long walk to my mailbox and I get their junk mail.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Stop mailing me your offers and ads..

I didn't like: Zero customer service, Did not do as promised.
