TWC has been suffering daily outages for our area lately. This eats directly into our pocket as my wife works from home and is responsible for data down-time.
We contacted technical support to see if there was any information on a resolution or even a reason for the poor service but received the standard, "I don't have any information on that".
We looked into switching to Cincinnati Bell, but they have the worst customer service ratings in the industry and have as many service disruption complaints as TWC. Stuck between a rock and hard-place since like everyone else the area is monopolized with only two providers thanks to our wonderful local government crooks.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Mully stated that there is a room for improvement of excessive outages poor peak-time bandwidth far below advertised. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of time warner cable internet plan and associated monetary loss in the amount of $1000. Time Warner Cable needs to "a competitive market that forces providers to deliver a better product" according to poster's claims.
