Time Warner Cable in Leonia, New Jersey - Be careful of TWC and ads for installation.

During the Verizon strike and while waiting for Verizon to install my bundle in my new home, I received a limited time offer to install TWC in my home. So fed up with Verizon waiting period, I decided to call TWC. They scheduled me for installation the very next day, asked for my checking information for the 1st month payment, my social security number. I, like a fool paid for the first month. When the next day rolled around TWC did not show up. Said they rescheduled my installation day to the following week. YES THE FOLLOWING WEEK. I cancelled the installation. Now TWC will not refund my money which they deducted from my checking account. Phone calls, promises, NOTHING. Do not trust TWC.

Time Warner Cable Billing Department Review from Woodbridge, New Jersey

Been dealing since January on trying to get 245.74 taken off my bill this amount was refunded then taken back out as a payment and then put back on my bill and charged a 30 dollar NSF fee sent all my paperwork and now being asked to send more paperwork when I sent what they wanted I'm disabled and this is a hardship my bank said the payment was made and not returned but time warner is saying it was returned and customer service is no help at all

Time Warner Cable Digital Set-Top Box Review

I really wish Time Warner would fix and upgrade the picture quality on their set top boxes. It is not sharp at all on my Ultra High Definition tv. All of the 720p HD channels are not clear or good at all. Directv had so much better picture quality. The motion scenes are quite pixelated to. I do not recommemd their service at all.

Time Warner Cable - Internet Service Review from Plainsboro, New Jersey

Time Warner Cable or who I like to call Time Ripoff Cable/Slime Warner Cable provides the worst service of any cable or satellite provider around. I had them for 6 months and now they are raising my modem fee and the cable rates when I was promised the same rate for a year. They never provided reliable or good service. My cable was always going out here in a suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio-Anderson Township. Even if the weather was good. Many of the HD channels would pixelate and cut out. The picture quality wasn't very good either, especially on channels like Fox News Channel, FXX, Freeform, etc. I also had their internet which was always slow and intermittent. It wasn't reliable either. My wifi always went down and the network was congested. I do not recommend them at all and calling tech support did no good. Poor quality and refurbished boxes. Plus, they never add new channels.

Time Warner Cable in Mount Laurel, New Jersey - Policies are discriminatory for people with disabilities

I tried to terminate my service with Time Warner Cable because I was moving to another state. I called and asked if they would pick up the cable boxes because I am physically disabled (I cannot carry boxes or stand in line). They said that it would cost $40, but I should try to get someone to take the boxes back. I told them that their policy puts people with disabilities at a disadvantage and I would like to ask them to waive the fee. They said no so I filed a complaint with the FCC. Then, someone called me from Time Warner to say that they would pick up the boxes. However, they never picked them up and when I called they said it was my responsibility to get them back to the company. Next, I had to pay a person to take the boxes back. They are absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are disorganized, rude, and actually violate civil rights laws.

Time Warner Cable company are Pirates and Thief’s

I am constantly being over billed have to call TW each and every month to get by bill adjusted which cost me time and they only say sorry how about getting your billing correct the first time YOU DUMB ***. Then they come out with these digital adapters so you can still receive the same channels as I did before the adapters came out but want to charge $3.00 a month for each one have 8 TV’s do the math. The adapters are supposed to be free until July 2016 but guess what each month I am charged for these dumb *** adapters and have to call their sorry *** customer service…..customer service really I can get more out of my 4 year old granddaughter then their customer service. The other thing is why is the consumer paying for the TW franchise agreement they are already taping us all out and now we pay for them to have THEIR service in cities. All I can say is if you have alternatives to other cable providers go with them and RUN, RUN , RUN from Time Warner ***

Time Warner Cable - Bundle Review from Union, New Jersey

Horrible service!!! Been trying to lower my bill and finally to just disconnect phone and internet service and to keep cable only. They keep asking me *** questions about internet speed where i just told them i want to disconnect! And now twice after 10 minutes on the phone the calls go blank and get disconnected! So not helpful after paying $175 a month for months for services i dont use i cant get answers!
