A TWC rep was canvassing our neighborhood, and inquired on the reasons we left TWC.After my wife told the rep the reasons, he claimed the we owned the company $, but said he was not there to collect the $ from 2006.

He mentioned their 'forgiveness program', and implied we wouldn't have to pay if we became a customer again. I find this business practice despicable, and unethical. The reason we left was that the company's customer service is very poor, and when a customer has their phone, internet, and cable bundle, and are behind on their bill, they shut all off. We had an emergency (sick child), and were unable to use our phone.

This company is heartless, and borders on criminally negligent.It is no surpise to me the this business is not BBB acredited, and that there are so many complaints lodged against the company.
