A TEC WAS TO BE HERE HOURS OF 9-10AM I DID RECEIVE A CALL HE WAS COMING NEVER A CALL TO TELL ME DIFFERENT I WAITED ALL DAY CALLED THEM 7 TIMES MY HUSBAND IS HEART PATIENT I'V HAD NO PHONE 2 DAYS. WHEN I CALLED TWC. THEY TOLD ME 2HRS HE BE OUT {AGAIN} NO CALL,NO SHOW AGAIN SO I CALLED JUST TO HEAR NOBODY WILL BE OUT AND TO TOP THAT OFF THEY MADE THE NEXT DAY APT FOR ME AND AGAIN THIS HAS HAPPENED SO MANY TIMES TO ME I WAS ALSO ORDERING LG TV PACKAGE I NEED REENVERSED FO MY TIME AND MY CELL PHONE MINUTES A LEAST JUST ISEN'T RIGHT TO WAIT NO CALL TO MAKE CUSTOMER AWARE SO I CAN GO TO HOSPITAL BE WITH MY HUSBAND MAYBE I WILL SEEK NEW COMPANY WHO CARES ABOUT THE LIVES OF THEIR CUSTOMERS I'M NOT VERY HAPPY HOW YOUR ALWAYS DOING THIS TO ME BEEN DONE MANY TIMES TO ME AND I BEEN A CUSTOMER FOREVER I'LL BE LOOKING FOR NEW ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
