I had to call 17 times about the same issue (I was unable to log onto my account) because I was hung up on, or transferred to someone else and ended up on hold for hours...the issue was never resolved.Then, they sent me a bill for service I had cancelled.

When I called (six times) to get it corrected, they told me they would mail me a new bill within 7-10 business days. Two weeks later, I still hadn't received a bill but they starting calling and harassing me about an overdue balance.

When I asked them to send me a detailed bill they continued to tell me they would mail me a copy but it would take 7-10 business days and I would receive a phone call AND an email daily until I paid it.It's been two weeks and I have still not received a detailed bill
