Recently I have ordered a Transfer of internet from my old apartment to the new apartment. One of the Representative said that new one is activated and its ready to use.

As per them, i have connected the internet and I was able to use it for 2 days. All of a sudden in one-morning internet stopped working and when I have checked they said the internet which I was using belongs to old customer and mine is still not activated and they are facing some issues or something. As per their schedule, no one is available to fix it and they said they will send the only tomorrow. Now I am without the internet for 1 day.

They are not ready to put me on a priority list and check this immediately.

If i were a Customer Service executive i would give special preference and override the stigmas. This is the second time iam facing realy Frustrated with Time Warner

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Customer service.
