I cancelled my Time Warner Cable due to outrageous prices, constant increases and terrible customer service. They lure you into their web of deceit with a locked-in, great price for one year.

Thereafter your bill sky-rockets on a regular basis. If that isn't bad enough when you cancel, return their equipment and are issued a final bill...before you even have a chance to pay the bill, they send your account to collections.

Time Warner treats their clients horribly and it seems to be getting worse.

They need to be strictly regulated regarding the exorbitant prices they charge, their never-ending increases, all the miscellaneous fees they tack onto your bill, and the inappropriate and unprofessional way they deal with customers on a daily basis.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of time warner cable account and associated monetary loss in the amount of $122. Time Warner Cable needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
