When I switch to this cable company I was told that they would buy out my contract well that never happened! STILL WAITING ON THAT MONEY!!!!! Was told by several different customer service people that oh they did not receive your buyout package oh it’s in PROCESS. Wow it’s been a YEAR and it’s STILL IN PROCESS!!!!
