Time Warner Cable in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina - Poor Internet & WiFi. High bills

T/W Spectrum just increased my regular bill & service keeps going in and out. This is daily. They say NO contracts yet automatically after 1 year they increase prices saying original service contract ended. Really???

Customer service offered 2$ off my 200$ bill! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Paid my bill on time for years! Unable to get service for shows that we pay for for days! Will never use them again rip off is what spectrum is! I advise never use them every since they’ve switched from TWC to spectrum they are nothing but a rip off!! Want their payment but offer nothing for the consumer! . . . . When the Manager got interesting phone she offered less! Don’t waist you Time their recording even states their having issue with direst on demand but refuse to refund the consumer sad customer service so sad they’ve lost us forever

I pay my Bill with my debit card some how some one got my info I think from eBay so when it was time to pay my time Warner bill I was told I can not use my debit card any more I have cancer I just can,t run out the Door to get the money to pay my bill so im going Back to Dish I did not have this BS to put of with.

Time Warner Cable - Stole my money!!!&

So I checked my bank account money was taken out when I’m not in auto payments . So I called they had the nerve to tell me that someone must’ve had my card and made a payment at the store when one I had my card and was working all day , and or that my bank must’ve did a auto payment for them which I called my bank and they do not do that. So basically someone at TWC has the right to just steal money out of my account whenever they feel like it!
