Only have internet through twc. My bill instead of being 49.99 has jumped up to 112.64 and sometimes more. Have called several times to ask and they say i will be credited. Then the next month its the same. Be very careful with twc and pay close attn to your bill!

Who does this? Create a service ticket without a reference number? In a conversation with TWC, CUSTOMER'S service created a ticket for the reported issue. A reference number for this ticket would not be available for two days. The good service agent ask us to trust her.

Now I am being charged for cable TV plus a surcharge for local channels. I only have basic Cable TV that I use with my TiVo along with a cablecard. I will now watch my local TV channels on line on my desktop, on my phone or even on iPad or tablet. Cable TV is a ripoff. I am cancelling my cable TV.
