Time Warner Cable - Lair lair pants on fire
When I switch to this cable company I was told that they would buy out my contract well that never happened! STILL WAITING ON THAT MONEY!!!!! Was told by several different customer service people that oh they did not receive your buyout package oh it’s in PROCESS. Wow it’s been a YEAR and it’s STILL IN PROCESS!!!! This company sucks. You pay way to much for this service. No customer service at all. Cable out all the time.I am done with this company. After three years as a client - And 15 service calls - 32 calls to customer service and tech support, two new lines dug and ran in our yard - 5 different modems, And a bill of $100 a month We are saying goodbye - Moving to Cincinnati bell for $45 With hopefully better service
