Internet Bill

My Internet bill haven’t come to my mail box yet. I call the Warner Time Service last week and still waiting on my bill. I am worry my internet Will be shut off because the service are late on my bill. It used to come right on time. Now it seems like something is going on with the service. I hope they can fix the problem on my bill. If my internet bill don’t come on time. It will be shut off and I got the money order. Just waiting to pay $69.75 Before the service trying to charge or increase my bill. - Toni Alexander

SICK OF BEING DOLLAR TO DEATH.

It seems that every time I start to read a interesting article, it's blocked. I either have to go thru a lot of do this and do that, to turn my ad blocker off, or pay $1.00. Do you know that this is happening, and what do you plan on doing about it? I'm rambling on here to get the 100 word limit satisfied so I can send this. What is this, I pay $216.00 a month to you, now apparently that is not good enough. What right do these greedy company's have to not allow me to read articles which I have already paid for? This keeps up, will cancel your services, enough is enough. Why do you allow them to do this, that is not what I pay for? Robert Hawes

DISGUSTING

Today I had my service disconnected like so many others. Could have been totally avoidable had anyone tried to contact me.I am one of the most hard working people that anyone will ever come across. My bills are always paid on time never late nor missed. Well once my service was disconnected naturally I called. I came only to find out that I was told 7 months ago my plan changed. Funny I never changed it. I was told not only did I change it but I put a password as well. No matter what I said the guy on the phone as well as the supervisor absolutely said i in fact did do it and I also knew about it for the past 7 months and didn't pay. So my new bill is $330 why? Because Every month there was a balance and now of course late fees added to that, and naturally they also never received the last payment as well. No matter what I said of how I was never notified of the original change which where the fact thta my plan changed resulting in my bill going from 130 to 160??? Can they just do that? well they did, and unless I wanted service restored and my good name not tarnished I had to pay no matter what? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I disconnected service and will go back.

Juwan from TWC saved my family from a nervous breakdown.My son sleeps with the TV on and he couldnt change channels.Juwan was patient and walked us through the process even though it was around midnight.

Glad to have switched over to Spectrum

I switched over to Spectrum today. I wasn't surprised to find out that although it was well-known that Spectrum bought Time Warner Cable, they didn't tell me that I had to affirmatively call a 1-800 number to actually switch my internet service under Spectrum...and that I was still being billed for the old Time Warner Cable service plan...and that the available Spectrum plan gives me better internet speed for less money. At least I get to wave the finger at TWC for the lies and the rude customer service they gave me. Other than some car dealerships I've dealt with, TWC consistently had the worst customer service of any company I've done business with.

From January was $179.00 to Febuary was $216.00. Had a new modem installed by Time Warner technician in January. Had called their service number before hand and was told that it was needed. No mention of a chatge or monthly increase was mentioned by phone support person.

Oh yes Spectrum and I have been working together for months on so much pixeling and lines and freezing that it was not funny anymore. I actually bought a new tv, had that exchanged for another bought new phones as I am disabled and have a landline too...and new surge protector. Then last month I get a letter from A Sam Araji Charter....with a number to call stating they are up grading my fees called a bump up after 1 yr of being on a bundle of 29.99 for each service. My bill just went from 141/month for 3 services to $179 and they won't budge for someone who is disabled and seniors..... This is what they wrote in our newspaper but they are not following any of it....Spectrum is evil not Uverse. As far as I am concerned they are simply liars.....pure and evil. They have no regard for their consumers and i have over 10 pages of communications, tech id's and things dates, times etc..of what I was told that has never happened. Spectrum sucks to say the least. Talked to an employee last month and he quoted a better price but told me they would be offering other packages after the 5thvof this month if I wanted to wait and get a better deal. Called yesterday on 2-9-18 and the lady I talked to was veryvunconcerned about helping me and told me the $190 I was being asked to pay was the best she could do which was totally fifferent from what I was told last month. Plan on turningvin all my equipment next wk to go with an option that beats them.

Feb 2, 2018 called to have Wi-Fi ONLY transferred to new home for future move in on Feb 8th to a new home. On Feb 2nd, cable, phone & Wi-Fi all disconnected though I repeatedly said not to disconnect because we'd still be in our current home through Feb 8th. Service was transferred to my new home though I HAVEN'T MOVE IN. Service at current home was disconnected again on Feb 7th. AGAIN it had been transferred to my new house and I'm still not living there. I was reassured all services were restored. I haven't had Wi-Fi since Feb 6th and it was AGAIN transferred to the new home. On the phone again for a FOURTH TIME for 40-60+ minutes each time and they still can't get their act together. I'm being charged for service in a house I have yet to occupy and not getting service at my current home. TMC/SPECTRUM...YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE INCOMPETENT, NEED PROPER TRAINING AND STOP FREAKING DISCONNECTING MY SERVICE!!!!!

This started in Late 2016. I paid $150 of and $179 bill and called customer service that I will paid the rest within two or three business days. The reply was... "We are Spectrum and NOT Time Warner! we don't deal customers like this and If you dont paid...your services will be cut off." Well, I was so upset, I cut off my service the next business day, to be treated like that after being an customer of Time Warner for over thirty years....left an bitter taste in my mouth. so after an couple on months with Verizon DSL, I tried using Spectrum again. Called customer service and asked about putting on my service and also 'How much it was cost, because I still had the modem. The Rep, after talking to her manager stated... we can restart your account and since you still had the modem... You don't owe us anything!. Well, they restarted my modem and I was back with Time Warner (Spectrum). AND HEREEEEEE WE GO! I log online to pay my first bill and I see and past due amount of $150 plus my bill. I call customer service and was told...'It's and billing issue which will be corrected, just paid your current bill' which I did! The next mouth... my internet was cut off. I called again. Customer service apologized and stated it's again an billing issues. They was charging me with an returned modem charge which I still is using the modem,... That was $79.00. they put my modem on and told me it will be corrected within 14 days. I get home again tonite with no internet, called Time Warner (Spectrum); The customer service told me I owe $279 and must paid to put my service back on. Confuse, I asked to speak with an manger. I only had the service for two month and I owe $279... and I'm paying the amount we agree upon. Talking to the manager, I explain that I cut off my service because I felt slighted because I had owe at the time $29 of 179 and I can't see owing $279 after being told various amount the last two months. The person told me....Oh no; you owe $175 from your last bill. I told him that not right because I cancel after owing $29. Could you send me the bill so I can see what you are referring too? He told me.....Go online to time warner and pull up my account!!! Needless to say...IF I HAD INTERNET, MAYBE I WOULDN'T BE ON THE PHONE CALLING YOU!!! I AM TRULY DONE WITH TIME WARNER (SPECTRUM)!!!!!!

Lair lair pants on fire

When I switch to this cable company I was told that they would buy out my contract well that never happened! STILL WAITING ON THAT MONEY!!!!! Was told by several different customer service people that oh they did not receive your buyout package oh it’s in PROCESS. Wow it’s been a YEAR and it’s STILL IN PROCESS!!!! WILL I EVER SEE THAT BUYOUT MONEY PROBABLY NOT!!!

The absolute WORST

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I had an appointment window from 6-7 today. A technician calls me at 5 to say she is almost at my door. So I leave immediately from work to meet the technician (I live just a couple minutes from my work place) and I wait in my apartment. At 6, when she hasn't shown up, I call the number the technician called me from. at 630 I call again and yet again, no answer. An hr and 4 different completely incompetent and unhelpful "customer service" people later, I finally am told that I missed the technician. ARE YOU *** KIDDING ME?!?! Almost 3 hr after the original technician called me I finally am told that I missed her? No one thought to leave a note? Send a message? Call again? They don't even deserve the one star... This is by far the absolute worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. From having to argue to keep my bill the same over and over again for the last 5 years to crap service and poor connection, I cannot wait to be finally rid of this thorn in my side. With the worst customer service in town and being the worst service providers in town, I don't see you guys hanging in much longer. The day this company dies will be a glorious one.

False promises on billing after introductory offer.

When I signed up for Spectrum TV, internet and phone in January 2016, I was told, indeed, promised, that at the end of the introductory rate period, in one year, if I called and requested it, I could receive the current introductory rate for the following year. The introductory rate in January 2017 was unchanged from 2016. I called and asked to be renewed at the same rate, and after spending more than one hour on hold, speaking to three different people, I was told no, we will not honor that even if you were told it when you signed up, and your bill will increase notably, by about $360 per year. The last person was extremely rude, and just hung up. Do not believe anything you are told by Spectrum. They obviously believe it is all right to lie to customers to get their business and then refuse to honor their commitments. Do not trust what you are told.
