Time Warner Cable in Evansville, Indiana - Price increase of $36.00 in one month.

From January was $179.00 to Febuary was $216.00. Had a new modem installed by Time Warner technician in January. Had called their service number before hand and was told that it was needed. No mention of a chatge or monthly increase was mentioned by phone support person.

Time Warner Cable - Reduction in price

Talked to an employee last month and he quoted a better price but told me they would be offering other packages after the 5thvof this month if I wanted to wait and get a better deal. Called yesterday on 2-9-18 and the lady I talked to was veryvunconcerned about helping me and told me the $190 I was being asked to pay was the best she could do which was totally fifferent from what I was told last month. Plan on turningvin all my equipment next wk to go with an option that beats them.
