expensive, unreliable service. and scam billing practices (changes without warning).
I called the customer service rep months earlier and they said the price would not change, well it did change. There is a major disconnect between the customer representatives and the billing practices. Spectrum CS cannot see NYC accounts and does not know how to handle them. Their website has fake prices as well that is not really offered.
After calling them, they did not know what was on their website and claimed their website prices are not true even if I clicked existing customers and upgrade service with my account number to view the plans. I would not recommend this scam monopoly to anyone.
