I moved into my town home back in August. I have had constant outages due to "wiring problems"; both in the home and street. A supervisor came out less than 2-weeks ago and told me the weather can cause issues but took steps to correct it. Here I am again on the line to get yet ANOTHER person to my home to "fix" the issue. Time warner cable is the worst company I've ever worked with. Last year I had TWC and then returned my equipment. They "lost" my equipment, charged my $110 and sent me to a collections agency. I called and opened a case and somehow a couple months later they "found" my equipment. TWC Dallas, TX 5/11 4:21 PM CT - In May, my year was up and I called to set my bill and choices. The CS manager (Sharon) gave me a deal at a few dollars less than I had paid the last year each month. I am offended by your commercial content advertising Versace Dylan Blue fragrance. The commercial is shown in the morning on TBS and during prime time. I have no appreciation see men kissing during boxing and am deeply ashamed for my neices and nephews. I feel this content is offensive and too mature for some audiences.

I needed to upgrade my TV. Even though I am already existed customer for some years, the customer services woman set up with deposit. I waited for two weeks for a TV installation. This technician chewing a tobacco showed up by my door and told me I need to make a payment up front before he install TV or he threatened to leave right away. Wow!

Uggg I hate Time Warner Cable. I cancelled my services and got a high bill afterwards. No one can explain the charges. This is crazy. I have gotten collection letters and supposedly no one can give me an explanation for charges billed.
I had scheduled a call to return the equipment and a Time warner Cable guy came to my apartment and took the equipments and did not give me the receipt for the same. He was a Thief the time warner stealing agent. What a misleading advertising ploy. They send you a new modem so you can have greater speed. Provide installation instructions. Seemed harmless on the surface. The insturctions stated we would retain the same network name and password but this was not the case. It was all different. I have a few beefs with Time Warner and the cable industry in general. I'd like to know how I can be subscribed to a channel but receive no content.
