Time Warner Cable - Terrible customer service
The worst customer service EVER.I have been trying to get an additional cable box.
I ordered on line and after waiting 10 days for delivery I decided to call them. After an hour on the phone beingredirected many times, I got no answer. So I called again the next day and was told it was cancelled because they did not direct the work order. I asked them to deliver anothrr and was redirected on the phone many times, each time relaying the same story.
After another hour of mayhem, I gave up. I pay $200 a month for this *** service.
This lousy company needs competition.It is dreadful
