Time Warner Cable Service

Time Warner Cable treated customer like a trash without further notice disconnecting the service ,they connect the old service account to new service cable account resulting. Have you experienced when doing important business online and my mom watching in her favorite tv show and kids with their cartoon network and all of a sudden they cutt you off and wandering it's a new service and not explaining that they will cutt you off due to an old account that you weren't aware of. That's a big rip off they want you to pay the whole amount ASAP .

Actual email to TWC  John Orzolick,     so you are saying this is FAIR that suddenly your asking your customer to upgrade my service to more expensive plan just because you have change your policy or updated your system and which by the way I have this plan/service as far i can remember without adding the BASIC, is this FAIR? I KNOW AND I HEARD SO MANY TIMES THAT I NEED TO UPGRADE but your NOT ACTUALLY hearing my CONCERN at ALL!!! I don't feel that YOU understand or CARE for that matter at all, you're just LIKE the rest of the supervisor i have encounter and who's not willing to help at all and yet you pretend to care and glad to write/hear from me and you called yourself a "CUSTOMER CARE ADVOCATE"! you are a joking right? By the way just look at my account and see how many times I have called in for a service interruption. Can you explain me again why my service in the past is working fine without a BASIC?  -------------------------  TWC is now requiring customer to get the BASIC if you want to have the TIER service such as Variety for $6. Now you need to pay basic for $30+ then your tier channel $6, before only broadcast for $11+ then Variety tier for $6... Do you think that's FAIR if you had this service sience 2006... Amazing what can they do to us, this big corporation are crook they will rub you when they get the chance...
