Time Warner Cable - TWC is a failure in every sense of a Company.

What has not happened? I call TWC once a week because service is out! Hold times are 45 mins or more. The customer service is no good, the supervisors are childish and one of the CSR put me on hold or at least meant to place me on hold and was "Blah Blah Blah" The rates are increasing. The name TWC has no value and they seem to have no care to stand behind its promises to their members. I will be finding another provider soon. Unless Twc can resolve this issue and at least show some compasion to all my time my wifes time that we have spent on the phones trying to fight to have TWC as a company it seems that it is a little backwards on the way things should work.
