Internet continuously goes out. I have contacted TwC 4 times since Christmas. A technician came at the second device call & laid a new temporary cable. When I called today, the rep put me on hold & never came back to the phone. I was inquiring about internet going out yet again & when someone would be out to lay the new permanent line.

Time Warner Cable - 10th visit (or so) in 4 months for outages

I moved into my town home back in August. I have had constant outages due to "wiring problems"; both in the home and street. A supervisor came out less than 2-weeks ago and told me the weather can cause issues but took steps to correct it. Here I am again on the line to get yet ANOTHER person to my home to "fix" the issue. Pardon me if I have little to no faith this will ever be resolved! If you have other options for your internet service, do walk.... RUN to them! Coincidentally enough.... I lost my connection while writing this. What are the odds (99.9%)?
