Customer for nearly 30 years.They shut me off as I asked for a FIVE DAY extension which was denied.

They are now holding my phone number (which I brought with me to them) captive. They have denied portage unless I pay past due, reconnect and current bill (for service I do not have?). For the entire almost 30 years, their service was unreliable, weak and many outages.

I would not use them, time Warner, spectrum or any other name they call themselves even if service was free.I hope they die a slow, painful death.
