TWC on 9/30 removed 4 basic cable channels (female oriented - Oxygen(55)and Soapnet (63)(19)(17), and said you had to have digital equipment to get those channels.They are adding ESPN and 2 other sports channels I was told by rep.

The 800 number on the static page screen on removed channels gets callers to a "sorry due to technical difficulties we cannot take calls, goodbye). I want my Soapnet back - I'm p***ed.

I don't want to buy their darned cable box for $10.00 to get one channel.Bad Idea TWC don't mess with your female viewers who have your bundled services for $170 a month!

:( yes they take away channels and raise their prices and when I called and ask what the heck is going on they kindly explain they ran an audit and that BBC America was never supposed to be received by me and of course they had ro remove it from on demand too. Silly me thinking something I had and paid for for years should just continue to be offered. :cry No doctor who for me

this is crazy that time warner cable expects us to pay extra or get digital boxes in every room to watch programing i have watched for years on basic cable! BRIAN H i think dont think there is any PACKAGE u can come up with to make any of us happy unless u put it back the way it was...uuuugggghhhh

Sorry for your frustration regarding the channel reorganization. From time to time, we need to adjust our channel lineup in order to make room for new channels, or to be able to offer new services. then why not ask people what channels they are willing to give up before hand?or if they even WANT these extra channels?

for about 170 a month you would think some *** customization was in order!!

i pay you for what i WANT not for what YOU WANT me to have!i dont want ESPN 1 2 3 4 and 5 i want *** OXYGEN!

In the past 6 months my TWC bill has gone up 18$ and I have lost 5 channels. I still have SOAP--I'll trade you for BBC America.
