Raised my bill with no notice. Promised me repair visit was free. Wasn't. Told me that since I am a women I can't handle technical stuff. Internet goes out 13 plus times a day. Worst Internet provider ever! Rude! 3 hours on phone - Internet still not working.

They were supposed to come hook up my cable yesterday and called at the last minute saying their van broke down.
