Time Warner Cable - Worst customer service and tech support ever

5 successive visits to fix same issue, still unsolved. 5 techs/signature home/supervisors all give different reasons for problem, all promise theirs is right and all others were wrong. None are right, problem never solved. cable box replaced twice, wiring on premise and to junction box checked and rechecked. no fix. Channels spontaneously go off air, premium and standard. picture jitters, dvr will stop recording mid program. Customer service sets appts and techs no show. Cust service says ticket got"lost" in system or tech didn't document issue correctly. everyone points finger at someone else for $250/month i get not even zero credible service.

Very frustrated. Cable has been out 4 days and no end in site. When I called on Thursday, they said the earliest they could send a technician was Saturday afternoon. Tech showed up and said he could not fix the problem. He said another tech had cut my line to install cable at my neighbors house. He said he needed to have another truck come out. I waited a few hours, then they told me they can't send anyone out until Monday. I hate TWC.

Time Warner Cable - Cable installation

I called because my apartment wasn't cable-ready (if you can believe that!). They sent a technician and he was NO help because he said Time Warner would send someone else out because his job was to connect service to an existing outlet. I called Time Warner and told them my situation in explicit detail. They said I needed an MDU rewire and would send a technician that could do it. They also said I needed a signed letter from the landlord. I asked it the letter could be found online. I was told I would have to create it (red flag!!!). I asked what exactly it needed to say. They said include they can do a rewire. The technician came out and said he couldn't do the job and Time Warner would have to send a contractor. I called Time Warner. The person on the phone said for me to go to one of the TWC locations and that a letter for the landlord to sign would be provided for me (the previous person didn't volunteer this information). I'm so frustrated because I haven't been able to resolve my issue and it's now been 2 months in this apartment!!! Each person I talked to gave me different (and limited or inaccurate information). I completed their survey but no one has followed up. I wish I could get Direct TV. I had them come out and they couldn't get a signal. I hate TWC and wish I didn't have to deal with them at all!
