Time Warner Cable is crooked!

Ditto to every single complaint listed here. Ive had nothing but horrible service and false advertising from those crooks. Lets all contact the public utilities commission. Seriously. We shouldnt stand for it. We spent 30 mins on the phone carefully choosing our downgrade because our all the best pckg was raised to $148.00 and we said, no more! After we had chosen everything and our service was downgraded. Nothing was what we were promised. After talking to 6 diff people and supervisors, we were told what we ordered didnt even exist. We are canceling all services with them. Before all this, we saw a special on tv and called for it, and they didnt even know what special we were talking about!

Time Warner Cable - Incredibly Poor Cable TV Support

Time Warner cable has been providing incredibly poor support for cable cards since they came out. Channels that are taken away, channels that are supposed to be there suddenly drop out and service that can go away at the drop of a hat. All they want to do is send out some untrained repair person who if they show up (missed calls are common) cannot do anything at all to fix the problem. The problem always turns out to be in the head end plant and Time Warner has nobody with any experience in cable cards on duty...EVER. They would rather sell you a cable box so they can sell you premium offerings boosting an already outrageous cable bill.

Time Warner Cable - Bad service

My Cable is not working prorperly. Appointment was scheduled for 10/29/09. I stayed home all day on that day and the Technician never arrived. I received a call at about 7 pm that evening wanting me to reschedual. The person told me that they called and could not reach me. That is a flat out lie. I was home all day. I finally did reschedual for Sunday 11/01/09. Which means I will have had no tv in my living room for 5 days. This in my opinion is very poor service. I have had Time Warner for many years and am now considering ghanging cable companys because of this. Janice Sautter

Time Warner Cable - Lock of a sincere customer service

Time Warner seems to think that by using their telephone operators the Supervisors and CEO's can hide behind them, only to have the clients not getting great service and yet take our money. I am tired of getting disconnected from my internet sessions and not getting my TV working properly there for all my "tapings" on their DVR are not taping because there is no signal. Then it comes back all by it self within a few minutes at the most an hour or so. When you call they always want to set up an appt, Meaning YOU cannot be out of the house for an entire half or full day waiting for them, and then they don't show up...

Time Warner Cable - Time-Warners new digital service :-(

Time-Warners new digital service removed the ability to surf through the Guide Page with the FAV button. You use to be able to press GUIDE and then surf through the Guide Page with the FAV button to see what was on. Now, with the new service, as soon as you hit FAV from the Guide Page it changes to the next channel in your Favorite list and closes the Guide Page. This makes it impossible to easily see what's on other channels. Someone in their engineering department wasn't thinking. Their Customer Service Dept. is sympathetic, but I'll bet dollars to donuts nothing changes.
