Customer service offered 2$ off my 200$ bill! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Paid my bill on time for years! Unable to get service for shows that we pay for for days! Will never use them again rip off is what spectrum is! I advise never use them every since they’ve switched from TWC to spectrum they are nothing but a rip off!! Want their payment but offer nothing for the consumer! . . . . When the Manager got interesting phone she offered less! Don’t waist you Time their recording even states their having issue with direst on demand but refuse to refund the consumer sad customer service so sad they’ve lost us forever

Time Warner Cable - Incompetent & Unprofessional Customer Service

Details
Three different representative all providing me with different information. First representative provided me with inaccurate billing information and added services I did not ask for. Second representative transferred my call without notice or warning as to who I was being transferred to. Last representative was completely incompetent as she was unable to answer any of my questions, was not listening to what I was asking of her and giving me information not applicable to what I needed/wanted. When asked to be transferred to a supervisor she was surprised and asked why. She didn't like my response and it took a total of 5 minutes of back and forth just to be transferred to a supervisor. I despise TWC/Spectrum.

Time Warner Cable - They need attitude adjustments!

I called a few days in advance because my bill was due. They told me I could extend with no problems. And today my cable was turned off. So again I called. And this time the rep told me I would have to speak to her supervisor so they can resolve this issue. So the supervisor came on the phone with this attitude that was unreal. Telling me that there’s no way they can reverse the cable being off and she sees no notation that I spoke to anyone (but yet the customer svc rep saw it before she got on the line) she’s a liar and she needs more customer svc training.

OR you need to just pay your bill on time. It's that simple.

Once it's off it's off. The only reason you should have been calling was with a payment. Typically if you're being shut down, it's not because your bill is due, it's PAST DUE. Whoever you talked to probably didn't put the extension in or they just told you anything to get your buns off the phone as people like you are nasty to talk to when they want to breach an agreement they agreed to.

Anywho, don't like your cable shut off, pay your note on time all the time. OK let me hear it, "you must work for (insert company)."

Details
We have Time Warner in one home and Comcast in another. There is no comparison, Comcast is much better. Time Warner’s service is terrible as is their lineup. The cost is rediculous. I called them today and then they called back with a survey. When my answer to the first question was a grade of one (the lowest possible) they asked if I wanted to change the answer. When I said no they said there was a technical problem and hung up. We will end our longtime relationship with TW and move to another supplier.

Time Warner Cable - Channel switched

In 1/1/17 Channel 991 COZI was changed to "Escape" which is nothing more than another "Police story" with some government channels thrown in 24/7 without any notice even TWC didn't know it. Channel 991 COZI had some good old TV shows that had story lines to them like the A Team, Baywatch, Miami Beach and others like Quantum leap, Simon & Simon. When will they come back? TWC tells me to wait until the spring line up is published, maybe some other channel will pick up and bring back some of the COZI shows. She told me there several people pissed off over this same topic. If more people are pissed off like me maybe some other channel will pick them up. At least that is what I hope will happen. I really miss those other shows.

Trying to watch the World Series on Fox, Time Warner Cable, its the worst!! Freezes every 10 seconds, I have Direct TV in our other homes with no problem, they should just get out of the business, try going to TWC in Palm Springs, bring a lunch! Call customer service and be prepared for no human contact or help, how do these guys stay in business?

I had Time Warner the internet and phone were fine the t.V service horrible.I felt like the repair men were Literally Living in my house . giving them sodas and coffee .listening to their problems telling me their life story > Gave up then they ruined my credit for not taking the box back in time and lost a hundred points on my score because of them and I owed them nothing because I was waiting for a packing ship to ship back when they told me they were going to send me one and then they told me they did not do that after they told me that I had to drive 45 min to the place .to drop it off They ruined my credit for me and my family to buy a house.a hundred percent drop of credit and they had everything and I owed them nothing .Time Warner they had everything. Don't drop their service they will Kill your credit.

I am very displeased with Time Warner cable's service. The TV service is second rate: the interruptions daily of no sound or total black out of certain channels; the transition from tv show into commercial is terrible. You are watching a tv show and it goes into commercial in mid sentence, no warning. The so- called weekly testing is done 2-3 times a day@3 times a week. It's louder and longer than any other system I've had, i.e., Satyellite, comcast. The phone service also just goes out whenever. Many conversations are cut off and service goes down randomly and frequently. Please improve service. I'm seriously looking at changing to another service. It seems to have become worse the past 6 months.

I have had four techs. come to my home and still nothing. They tell me one thing and when i wait for the day they say no one shows up. I call them and they lie again.... As of the beginning of May 2016 I had Time Warner cable install TV Internet and home phone and out of those three I've had two of the service is working but the TV portion has not worked 95% of the time at all i've contacted them I've had to *** of work I have four different locations for them to come out and fix it it has never been fixed properly I've called them including today September 1 and I've been seeking a him credit for my bill for the TV portion and It has not been taken care they have been rude to me they have not kept their word and I've gone in to locations on Mayfair Road and I have contacted them numerous times and they make me feel like I have done something wrong with their attitude and they're questioning me instead of being more concerned about fixing the problem and having a customer that would give them a good review and a happy customer too they do not seem to care at all about me as a customer and they have treated me and talk to me disrespectfully and have made me feel as though I have been the one that hasn't done right by them even though I paid my bill every month on time even though my service has been terrible

To all you good folks out there, please don't make the mistake of choosing Time Warner for your TV provider, 'Don't Do It'! They blatantly lied to me over the phone telling me i had the capability of a pausing, recording, etc, NOPE, completely incorrect! I had Time Warner Cable install three (3) receivers in my home less than three hours ago and came home to GARBAGE! I was specifically told on the phone yesterday that i would receive four '4' receivers for $139 per month (this includes internet service) that has the capability of doing all the above, again, nope, none of the above works. If you're watching a program and feel like utilizing the bathroom, having a cigarette, what ever the case may be , apparently you have to pay EXTRA to pause your show 'hilarious, right'! Needless to say, i contacted them right away and told them to disconnect the service! I feel violated with this company (Time Warner Cable) due the deceit/lies that i was told on the phone! I will NEVER utilize this company (Time Warner Cable) for my entertainment services again (and i will do my best to bring awareness to others of Time Warner Services Practices! Direct TV, it's the way to go...

ABC and CBS freezes up or the screen goes black, this is very aggravating. I have called customer service many times and they tell me it must be my tv, well this is funny because my neighbors are having the same problem, don't know where they get their employees at,because they sure don't know what they are talking about. I have called them several times about lowering my bill, well you are on a bundle if you remove anything your charges will go up, ridiculous. I have to pay $168.00, I am 69yrs old and on Social Security, that's sad. TIME WARNER CABLE ARE CROOKS, I HOPE THE NEW COMPANY WILL BE BETTER !!
