I am very displeased with Time Warner cable's service. The TV service is second rate: the interruptions daily of no sound or total black out of certain channels; the transition from tv show into commercial is terrible.
You are watching a tv show and it goes into commercial in mid sentence, no warning. The so- called weekly testing is done 2-3 times a day@3 times a week. It's louder and longer than any other system I've had, i.e., Satyellite, comcast. The phone service also just goes out whenever.
Many conversations are cut off and service goes down randomly and frequently. Please improve service. I'm seriously looking at changing to another service.
It seems to have become worse the past 6 months.
