Time Warner has the worst customer service of any company I have ever done business with. My family recently singed up for a "bundle" that include cable, internet and phone.

I tried to call customer service to set up my voice mail so I could access my messages and the customer service rep "Shenquia" said she could not help me unless I knew my husbands SS#. Currently my husband is out of town and I don't know his number. I asked to speak to a Manger and my request was denied. Every time I tried to explain my situation, I kept getting "I apologize, but no one can help you".

So in other words I am paying for a service I can't use!!!

Way to go TWC. Once my contract is up, you will never see my business again!
